Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tails & Trails Country Pet Resort product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tails & Trails Country Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tails & Trails Country Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tails & Trails Country Pet Resort shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
Customers have 14 days from receipt of their shipment or in-store purchase to return the product. Under Canada Post's return guidelines, customers may simply label their packing container, RETURN TO SENDER, and drop it off at any Canada Post postal outlet. Tails & Trails Country Pet Resort will reimburse the customer by the original method of payment or with a store credit. Customers are strongly advised to contact Tails & Trails Country Pet Resort to advise us of returns and discuss refund options.
